Supportive Care

Our comprehensive program includes supervision and light assistance with activities of daily living. For residents requiring a higher level of personalized care assistance, our onsite Licensed Home Care Services Agency offers a package of increased services at an additional fee. Those who need help with ambulation, transfers, eating, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, grooming, and personal hygiene benefit from this extra support. It is a level of services that enables seniors to "Age in place" with discreet, compassionate, expanded care. Our Community Representative, along with our team of professionals, works directly with residents and their families to assess individual needs and determine how to best address them. Amber Court of Westbury offers the Medicaid-funded Assisted Living Program (ALP) for individuals who meet certain criteria and qualify for higher care.
